HPL Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our concrete and excavation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
Liaise with clients, engineers and site management
Monitor project progress against schedule
Manage deliveries, plant and site logistics
Report on site progress and issues
Required Qualifications
Relevant trade background in concrete or civil construction
Current White Card
Driver's licence
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of protected work practices
Ability to manage multiple crews and sites
