The Role




We are currently seeking an Engineer - Drainage & Flooding, Roads & Highways with experience in transport or infrastructure projects to join our Sydney team.
This is a permanent opportunity supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across NSW and nationally.
With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a Drainage skilled with an interest in drainage design and flood modelling to contribute to a highly capable multidisciplinary team.
With 2+ years experience, this is an opportunity to further develop your technical skills, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality analysis and design outcomes that meet client and industry standards.
You will have gained your experience within an engineering consultancy (or similar environment) and bring a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the discipline.
About You
Suitable applicants will have:
Degree qualified - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar)
2+ years of Australian experience in drainage design and stormwater management
Exposure to infrastructure projects (roads, highways, rail or urban development)
Familiarity with Austroads Part 5, 5A & 5B and Australian Rainfall and Runoff guideline ****
Working knowledge of 12d Dynamic Drainage Analysis
Ability to contribute to technical deliverables and support project teams in meeting deadlines and budgets
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior engineers
