We partner with national brands, charities and not-for-profits to deliver measurable results through real conversations — and we're now looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to help take our Brisbane sales floor to the next level.
This isn't an entry-level role. We're after a genuine high performer — someone who has thrived in face-to-face sales, consistently hit or beaten targets, and now wants to use that experience to build a stronger team around them.
What you'll be doing
Leading by example on the floor — running your own face-to-face sales conversations and hitting personal targets in the Brisbane office
Coaching and upskilling our sales consultants day-to-day: modelling the pitch, giving live feedback, and running structured training sessions
Helping embed consistent sales standards, scripts and best practice across the team
Identifying where reps are getting stuck and building targeted coaching plans to lift performance
Partnering with leadership to strengthen our onboarding and ongoing development programs for new starters
Tracking team and individual performance data to sharpen coaching and prove impact

What you'll be doing

What you bring
Proven experience in face-to-face sales (D2D, events, residential, retail or similar) with a track record of being a genuine top performer
Confidence presenting to and influencing groups, not just one-on-one
A natural desire to teach, mentor and bring others up with you — you get as much energy from someone else's win as your own
Resilience, a strong work ethic and an optimistic, growth-focused mindset
The ability to read a room, adapt your coaching style, and hold people to a high standard with genuine care
Reliable transport and full availability for a Brisbane-based, on-the-floor role
