About the Role
As a Graduate Consultant, you'll work directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes and support large-scale transformation.
This is a business-facing role where you'll act as an advisor, facilitator and analyst across a range of exciting engagements.
You'llgain experience in:
Project delivery and execution
Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Process design, improvement and implementation
Customer and user experience mapping
Data insights and remediation
Agile and human-centred design methods

Ideal candidates will be:
Recent graduates (or graduating by late ****) in Business/Finance, Economics,



Information Technology or related field
Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Strong in critical thinking, analysis and written communication
Interested in superannuation, financial services or consulting
Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable
Australian citizens or permanent residents, Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
