Organisational Communications Specialist

, your role will deliver engaging internal communications that connect our people to the Bank's strategy, culture and purpose.
You'll make an impact by:
Developing and delivering engaging internal communications that strengthen understanding of the Bank's strategy, priorities and culture
Creating compelling content across a range of channels, including articles, videos, presentations, leader messages and digital platforms
Producing communication resources that help leaders engage and inspire their teams
Managing internal communication channels, including Viva Engage and digital screens, using audience insights to improve engagement
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify communication opportunities and deliver impactful campaigns
Supporting the delivery of key employee events, including CEO Town Halls, leadership forums and organisational events
Bringing organisational stories to life through creative storytelling that builds employee engagement and advocacy

Working within Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you'll tell the stories that connect our people to our purpose, strategy and culture.
From enterprise-wide programs to CEO communications and employee events, you'll create meaningful experiences that inform, engage and inspire.
You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, translating complex information into clear, compelling communications that help our people.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
At least five years' experience in internal or organisational communications
Proven experience developing and delivering communication strategies and campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across written, visual and digital channels
Experience creating content for articles, videos, presentations, social and internal communication platforms
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts
Experience managing internal communication channels such as SharePoint, Viva Engage or similar platforms
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
Experience briefing creative and multimedia assets for digital communication channels
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline
Experience in financial services will be highly regarded
