The
Qualification Pathways Partner
plays a key role in supporting the Qualification Pathways strategy by administering Goodstart's Certificate III Traineeship, Diploma Upskill and other Vocational Education programs.
The role manages the end-to-end administrative requirements associated with Goodstart's responsibilities as an employer under training contracts.
Strong administrative skills and communication with external teams, including key Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs for our Goodstarters.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs at any one time.
The Partner works closely with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with funding and compliance obligations, while maintaining a high standard of service for participants and stakeholders.
Your Impact:
Provide administrative support to the Qualification Pathways team to ensure the smooth delivery of the Certificate III Traineeship, Diploma Upskill and other Vocational Education programs
Manage high-volume individual and shared email inboxes, ensuring timely triage, categorisation, and response to communications.
Maintain accurate records of program activities, correspondence, and stakeholder interactions.
Assist with the preparation and submission of claims for traineeship incentives to ensure timely processing.
Communicate with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)



and external stakeholders to coordinate program requirements and resolve day-to-day queries.
Apply knowledge of traineeships and training contract requirements to ensure accurate program administration and compliance.
Maintain awareness of RTO Quality Standards and assist with related compliance activities.

You'll bring to the table:




Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Education, or related field (desirable)
Knowledge of training contracts, RTO processes, and compliance frameworks
Experience in administrative support and program coordination
Understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship/Traineeship system, state funding models, RTO compliance frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Current Working with Children Check
Completed National Child Safety Training
