About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead one of the restaurants and bring the brand's guest experience to life every day.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant from guest experience and team culture to food quality, safety and commercial results.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and championing a guest-first culture with consistently high service standards
Building, leading and developing a high-performing management and team member group
Driving food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management
Managing labour, payroll and operational administration
Monitoring sales, costs and profitability against business targets
Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively,



and building strong ties within the local community
About You
The successful candidate will have:
2–4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams, with strong commercial acumen across labour, cost and inventory management
Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills, and a genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
