We're seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join a well-established mining contractor at the King of the Hill Mine Project in Western Australia.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a leading mining contractor delivering protected and efficient operations at the King of the Hill Mine Project.
We are currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join the site on a casual basis.
Located approximately 230km north of Kalgoorlie near Leonora, King of the Hill is a significant gold mining operation in WA's Eastern Goldfields.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Excavator Operator to work across large production excavators on site.
You'll work a 2/1 roster rotating across day and night shift, with FIFO from Perth and camp and meals provided.
Starting on a casual basis,
this role offers a genuine pathway to longer-term opportunities as future projects are secured.
Equipment across site includes
Excavator: Hitachi EX****
Excavator: Hitachi EX****
Key Responsibilities
Operate large production excavators safely and efficiently across site
Complete daily pre-start checks and report any hazards or defects promptly
Follow site plans, instructions and traffic management requirements
Maintain a tidy work area and support safe, respectful interactions across all teams
Contribute positively to a people-first site culture
Support and share knowledge with teammates to help build a strong crew

What We're Looking For
Proven experience operating large production excavators
A safety-first mindset and strong personal accountability on site
A positive, team-oriented attitude that fits well within an established crew
Australian Work Rights and Driver's Licence
Current Pre-employment Medical & National Police Clearance
Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
Relevant RII competencies & training transcripts
