The private res division in this studio is super busy, they are seeking to appoint an Architect or Technician with solid revit skills. The position will commence immediately as 2-3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Revit documentation across high-end private residential project
work on private residential projects $5 - $10mil in value
Revit modelling, detailing and coordination across Design Development and Construction Documentation phases
Skills & Experience
Masters of Architecture or Architectural Technician qualification
12+years (post grad) exp in high-end private residential sector
Revit proficient
Understanding of local regs and codes
