The Role As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our PM operations.
Your focus will be to drive operational excellence by managing and controlling aspects of the operations whilst developing and influencing positive team outcomes.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the areas of operations/logistics, sales, industrial relations, and contemporary leadership principles are important.
Key Responsibilities Manages and oversees the work of vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring team's adherence to agreements and deadlines Provides guidance, support and development opportunities to the team to optimize individual and team effectiveness Supervises daily operations, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement Collaborates with internal management to align operational goals and address strategic priorities Maintains open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships Generates operational reports and presents findings to management,



articulating successes and areas of opportunity About You Experience in an operations environment Proficiency in operational technology and tools Track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving results Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and team management People management experience, preferably in operations.
