Mayflower Brighton is seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Clinical Team Leader to lead our nursing and care team within an allocated area of our residential aged care facility. This is a role for someone who loves clinical work, thrives on leading a team and is committed to delivering exceptional, individualised care for every resident in their area.

Orientate and support current team members
Foster a positive, inclusive and energised team culture
Ensure effective allocation and distribution of EN and PCA staff across shifts
Compliance & Reporting
Conduct audits and complete reporting as directed; ensure all documentation reflects individualised care delivered
Review and action incident reports; escalation serious concerns promptly
Operate in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements and Mayflower policies
About You
You are a clinically confident and people-focused Registered Nurse who takes pride in both the quality of care you deliver and the team you lead.
