The Role
You'll manage a quality residential portfolio while being supported by experienced leadership and an established team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties
Assistant Property Manager under you to support with in and out of office tasks
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Property inspections
Arrears management
Maintenance coordination
Leases and notices as required
Compliance with Queensland legislation
Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
You'll also have:
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Sound knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Current driver's licence
