HammondCare is seeking Casual Navigators/Schedulers for its on-site HammondCare Support location in Wahroonga, NSW. You will handle incoming calls, provide information, resolve issues and connect customers with the right staff to support Home Care plans.
This role requires excellent customer service, robust organisation, the ability to work independently or with a team, and empathy. You will work within operating hours 6.00am–*****pm, Monday to Friday.
