Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily finance activities such as payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and accounts payable
Maintain company forecasts, commission reconciliations, and monthly reports
Manage HR administration, including onboarding, performance reviews,



and recruitment support
Supervise office operations, IT, insurance renewals, and supplier relationships
Support compliance with business policies and regulatory requirements
Provide executive support to the Managing Directors, including diary and travel management
Coordinate team events, conferences, and industry awards
Liaise with external partners such as accountants, lawyers, and marketing providers
What you need:
Prior experience in office management, operations, or executive administration
Bookkeeping, payroll, or finance background; Xero experience highly regarded
Solid organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a hands-on environment
