You'll assist the Centre Manager in overseeing operational budgets, leading both planned and reactive maintenance programs, and managing vendor relationships to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

and all relevant health and safety regulationsManage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure services are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to house rules and safe working methodsOversee all procurement activities to ensure alignment with client procurement guidelines and JLL best practice standardsPlan and manage all contracts professionally, ensuring delivery meets agreed contractual metrics and stays within approved budgetsActively monitor and manage the centre's operational budgets to meet or exceed financial targetsServe as the primary on-site facilities contact for retailers and stakeholders, building effective relationships across multiple organizational levelsPrepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports covering incidents, capex tracking, budget status, contract expiry profiles, compliance regimes, and planned maintenance program updatesDrive continuous improvement initiatives by challenging the status quo and implementing holistic, long-term solutions to operational challengesSounds like you?
This is what we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building management, business, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related sectorsDemonstrated experience working in retail-related assets or retailer environmentsStrong knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and regulationsProven contractor management experience with ability to manage vendors effectivelyUnderstanding of technical property systems including CRAC units, chiller systems, fire protection systems, mechanical and electrical systems, and BMS systemsProven capacity to interpret and manage commercial contractsExperience managing operational budgets and delivering financial outcomesExcellent planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple operational matters simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude and ability to build effective stakeholder relationshipsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and remains flexible when adapting to rapidly changing situationsBenefits:Great employee discounts off fitness,
