You will lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and budget-aligned performance, and shape a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning setting for children.
You will build and mentor a strong leadership team, ensure NQF/EYLF compliance, and foster partnerships with families and the community while collaborating with Area Directors to meet strategic goals.
