is the in-home support division of RAAFA,specialising in quality care for individuals with Department ofVeterans Affairs (DVA) and Veterans Home Care (VHC) eligibility, aswell as private services, Home Care Packages and Commonwealth HomeSupport.
As a Community Support Worker for RAAFA Home Care you willbe expected to adhere to RAAFA's quality of service in
Cannington Area and West of Perth(Freemantle, Claremont, Floreat, TriggAreas)
and surrounding areas.

About therole:
Arewarding role working with clients across the
West ofPerth & CanningtonRegion
region;
Support Clients toremain living at home;
Assistwith client's personal care;
Assistclients with the management of their medication;
Assistin the preparation of meals for the clients;
Provide support toclients by assisting with shopping;
Support the clientssocially and domestically while creating a positiverapport;
Encourage and promotethe independence and freedom of choice of clients.
