About the role
The Marketing Partnerships Lead will manage a portfolio of high-value partners and help drive sustainable revenue growth across the business.
In this role, you will develop strong, strategic partnerships that deliver value for both Tennis Australia and our partners, ensuring best-in-class activation and exceptional stakeholder experiences.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to connect partners with Tennis Australia's broader strategic objectives, creating integrated partnerships that support the growth of the sport while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
In this role you will:
Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring the seamless delivery of contracted benefits across Tennis Australia events, including signage, hospitality, ticketing, marketing assets and promotional activations.
Lead partnership activations from planning through execution, collaborating with internal teams, partners and agencies to deliver high-quality experiences that align with commercial objectives and operational requirements.
Identify and implement value-add opportunities that enhance partner engagement, strengthen relationships,
support partner retention, and contribute to revenue growth across the TA partnership portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication, strategic partnership planning, and a best-practice approach to account management and partner servicing.
Track and report on partnership performance, including budget management, post-event reporting, renewal planning and upsell opportunities, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of key partnerships.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or Sports Management
Proven experience in the development and adherence to a budget (revenue and surplus) & delivery of targets
A strong working knowledge of Australian and International partnership at all levels
An understanding of emerging brand and marketing trends, and concepts, including developments in digital, media and social platforms
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
