Launch Housing South Melbourne is seeking a Case Manager to deliver housing-first, trauma-informed support to families and children experiencing homelessness. The role is based in South Melbourne in a 76-hour fortnight full time arrangement ending 30 March ****.
You will engage with clients to develop case plans, assist in securing longer-term housing, and coordinate with a range of services to improve housing, health and wellbeing outcomes.
