About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team on a casual basis, working four to five days per week, including team leading over weekend shifts. You'll play a key role in maintaining our high housekeeping standards while supporting and guiding the housekeeping team day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the housekeeping team during rostered shifts, including weekends
Allocate rooms and tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor completion
Conduct quality checks on serviced rooms and public areas to ensure Quest brand standards are met
Assist with hands-on cleaning and servicing of apartments as required
Manage linen,



amenities, and cleaning supply stock levels
Report maintenance issues and liaise with the Housekeeping Manager/Business Owner
Train and support new or casual housekeeping staff
Ensure WHS standards are followed at all times
About You
Previous housekeeping experience essential; team leader or supervisory experience highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability, including weekends
Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
