Key Responsibilities:
Support the dentist chairside during procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation




Coordinate with dental assistants and clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations
Greet patients, handle scheduling, and manage appointment bookings
Manage patient inquiries and provide clear information on services and payment plans
Assist with billing, claims, and general administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
Willingness to learn both chairside assisting and front office duties
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented practice
