About the Role
This isn't your typical call centre sales role. You'll be working with warm, qualified leads from prospective students who have already expressed an interest in furthering their education and building their future. Your role will be to:
Connect with prospective students via phone and turn warm leads into enrolments
Own your sales targets and be motivated by achieving - and exceeding them
Build rapport quickly and have meaningful conversations with potential students
Understand each person's goals,



aspirations and circumstances
Recommend the right course and study pathway to suit their individual needs
Maximise your earning potential through uncapped commissions
Make a genuine difference by helping people take the next step towards their career and future
