Customer Service Specialist - 6 month role
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Sydney based team as a Customer Service Specialist for a 6 month period (with the potential to go permanent).
This role works toensure customer issues are handled effectively, quickly and efficiently ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
Receiving incoming customer relations enquiries escalated from our contact centre and directing responses.
Manage and respond to customer complaints across phone, email, and online channels in a timely and qualified manner.
Responsible for day-to-day data processing and administration tasks.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role, especially experience dealing with customer issues and complaints.




Intermediate level experience in all Microsoft office products including Microsoft excel.
An interest in the automotive industry and cars in general is not essential but it helps!!
