Bathers Coogee is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Coogee, NSW. This full-time permanent position offers a salary of $77,000–$80,000 plus superannuation, with a focus on teamwork, food quality and productive service.
You will assist senior chefs with daily prep, ingredients, cooking support, plating, and maintaining hygiene. A minimum of 1 year in a commercial kitchen is required; a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is preferred.
