Sales Representative – McLeod Accessories
Drive McLeod accessory sales through customer relationships, product expertise, account growth, territory visits, and service support.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with motorcycle retailers, workshops, dealers, and other relevant customers.
Promote the McLeod accessories range, including product features, fitment, applications, and benefits.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
Provide quotations, product information, and sales support.
Assist customers with general product selection and accessory-related enquiries.
Work with internal teams to support order processing, product availability, customer service, and issue resolution.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity and communicate insights to management.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
Support promotional activity, product launches, trade events, and other sales initiatives.
Achieve agreed sales, activity, and account-development objectives.
Skills and Experience
Sales, account management, or customer-service experience preferred
Interest in, or knowledge of, motorcycles and motorcycle accessories is preferred.
Solid communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage priorities independently.




Comfortable travelling within an assigned territory or customer area as required.
Key Performance Measures
Sales revenue and growth against agreed targets.
New customer acquisition and development of existing accounts.
Customer retention and service quality.
Sales pipeline, visit activity, and follow-up completion.
Product knowledge and compliance with company sales processes.
