Job Description Due to continued growth in our Program Management Business Line, we are seeking an experienced Manager with a growth mindset to join our ANZ team in a senior leadership capacity, based in either Brisbane or Sydney as a National Lead - Contract Administration and Independent Certification How you'll make a difference Support the execution of sector-specific strategies and drive profitable growth through effective client engagement and market differentiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee recruitment, development, and succession planning for your team, including workshare across the sector Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment, empowering team members to take ownership and encouraging professional development.
Ensure delivery excellence across all projects by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Implement digital and AI initiatives within the sector and uphold project governance and delegation of authority requirements Actively participate in technical and project management roles, including GNGs, project risk reviews, and governance reviews.
Champion a Quality Mindset and ensure the consistent application of AECOM's policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 15 years' experience in major civil infrastructure projects CPEng or equivalent professional accreditation (desirable) Solid background in civil design and construction delivery Demonstrated experience in independent certification, verification,



or assurance roles Experience operating under government or principal-led contract models Proven capability leading and being accountable for multi-disciplinary technical teams Experience in client engagement, work winning, market positioning, and delivery excellence Solid leadership and team development skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Excellent client engagement abilities, with a demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficient in project governance and risk management, with experience in implementing approval processes.
Knowledge of digital initiatives and their application within the engineering sector.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational change.
