At our Cafe for The Common Good here at The Prince Charles Hospital, we believe great coffee and meaningful causes go hand in hand. We're more than a Café—we're a Social Enterprise initiative helping fund critical medical research and patient care programs across both The Prince Charles and Caboolture Hospitals to help deliver our Foundations "Why" which is to help people live healthier, for longer.
We're seeking a Casual Café Staff Members for our day-to-day operations of the Café for The Common Good here at The Prince Charles Hospital. If you're passionate about the Hospitality Industry and love delivering an outstanding customer service experience and want to be part of an organisation that delivers all of its profits back to the community, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do:
Create a memorable customer service experience for our Health Heroes,



Patients & Visitors and ensure smooth service with a friendly smile
Creating a team focused environment
Deliver exceptional Coffee & Food to everyone you serve
What we're looking for:
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
Positive, team-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Current Food Safety Certification ( Highly regarded ).
Barista skills or training ( Highly regarded ).
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
