Job Description We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused MC, HC, or HR Driver with agitator (concrete mixer) experience to join our team at Blackstone Services Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of premixed concrete to customer sites while maintaining high standards of customer service, vehicle care, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities Safely operate MC, HC, or HR vehicles, including concrete agitator trucks.
Deliver premixed concrete to construction and customer sites in accordance with delivery schedules.
Operate the concrete agitator and discharge concrete safely and efficiently.
Conduct pre-start, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections, reporting any defects promptly.
Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Complete delivery documentation, logbooks, and electronic records accurately.
Comply with all road transport legislation, fatigue management requirements, and company policies.
Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and site-specific requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel.
Assist with general operational duties as required.
Requirements Valid Australian MC, HC, or HR Driver's Licence.
Demonstrated experience operating concrete agitator (mixer)



trucks and ability to safely reverse and manoeuvre tipper trucks in confined areas and active work sites .
Good knowledge of road transport regulations and protected driving practices.
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
Construction White Card (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts, weekends, and overtime when required.
