ORS Group is seeking a Team Leader - Psychology & New Employer Services to lead a energetic team of psychologists across Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle. The role reports to the National Manager of Psychology & NES and focuses on service delivery quality, staff development, and client outcomes.
You will supervise clinical practice, support NES consultants with feedback and training, and balance a small caseload with overflow referrals during peak periods.
