Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. We have *****hrs per week available, with full time, part-time or casual available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, body treatments, IPL, skin needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and LED.
We provide comprehensive training on advanced treatments for suitable candidates.
Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.




Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work as part of the Ella Bache Ipswich team to achieve salon goals.
Requirements:
Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert 4 in Beauty (exceptional Cert 3 applicants will also be considered)
1-2 years of in-salon experience.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Lash extension experience is preferred but not essential.
