Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee vehicle sales operations for a well-established regional dealership.
This permanent full-time role is based within a growing regional automotive business.
About the Sales Manager role
Required: Demonstrated experience in automotive sales and leadership within a dealership setting.
Salary guide: Up to $85,000 per annum. OTE for recent previous Sales Manager was $130k to $180k annually.
Location: Regional area of New South Wales.
Key responsibilities
Drive sales performance for new and used vehicles to meet targets.
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to maximise results.
Track sales metrics, profitability, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage vehicle stock levels and coordinate sales promotions.
Provide regular reports on sales outcomes and market insights to senior management.
Foster a professional and customer‐centric sales environment.
