We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team. You'll be the key connection between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is smooth, transparent, and well managed.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
Providing clear service and repair recommendations
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Preparing quotes, invoices, and customer updates

You will bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is not essential but desirable
Strong communication and customer service skills

A current driver's licence
