About the role
We're on the lookout for
Casual Sales Agents
to join our team in Cairns due to our continued success and ongoing growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Experience Co Group and be part of a leading tourism company where delivering exceptional customer experiences and having fun are all part of the job.
Successful candidates will support either our
Skydive Australia
or
Reef Unlimited
operations, depending on business requirements.
Skydive Australia
delivers unforgettable skydiving experiences across Australia, helping customers tick off their bucket-list adventure.
Reef Unlimited
operates a diverse fleet of vessels across Cairns and Port Douglas, including Reef Magic Cruises, Dreamtime Dive & Snorkel, Big Cat Green Island, Fitzroy Island Adventures, and Calypso Reef Cruises, showcasing the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef.
You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
About you
You have exceptional customer service skills including excellent face to face,



phone, and email manner. You love helping people, building relationships, and providing recommendations including upselling. You are fast on your feet to manage large call volumes and face to face enquiries. You understand the importance of accuracy when creating reservations and obtaining client details.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales orientated with the ability to influence and upsell products
Great communication skills- both verbal and written
Previous experience with reservations systems highly desired
Supporting the Reservations Supervisor with tasks as required
