About the role
This is a permanent recruitment role within our Schools division, supporting schools across Sydney and regional NSW.
You'll recruit for hard-to-fill roles where success comes from relationships, persistence and proactive sourcing, not waiting for applications.
Working alongside our Sydney team and global recruitment network, You'll uncover exceptional educators locally and internationally, using every avenue available to build talent pipelines.
What you'll be doing:
Build trusted relationships with schools across Sydney and regional NSW
Proactively source educators through referrals, social media, talent communities and international pipelinesPartner with our global recruitment team to attract overseas educators
Interview, assess and match exceptional educators to permanent roles
Grow new business while providing outstanding service to existing schools
Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement
Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
