Oversee builds within a concentrated estate location, minimising travel between sites

What you'll be doing:
Oversee multiple residential investment home builds concurrently, from site start through to handover
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all sites
Build strong working relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain programme delivery
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on every site
Monitor project progress, site presentation, and defect management to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements:
QBCC Supervisor or Builder Licence is essential for this role
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
Trade background in carpentry or a related construction discipline highly regarded
Proven ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
Stable employment history with strong residential construction experience
Personal qualities:
Strong leadership and site management capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Committed to delivering quality workmanship and maintaining site safety standards
