Edstein is a family owned and operated stone masonry business providing stone benchtop and monumental services to the Hunter, Central and Mid North coast. Edstein have become market leaders in our industry using the latest materials, software, machinery and equipment that is forever evolving. Edstein is partnered with Australia's leading stone suppliers, builders and kitchen manufactures.
Things you will be doing
You'll work closely with builders, cabinet makers, and clients to make sure every stone benchtop is cut, finished, and installed perfectly.
What your day to day will look like:
Attend multiple renovation and building sites daily to measure stone for manufacture.
Use Proliner electronic measuring equipment to capture accurate site dimensions
Communicate professionally with builders, cabinet makers and clients, delivering a high level of customer service
Create precise CAD drawings for stone benchtop manufacture using Secad software




Review kitchen layouts to identify potential installation challenges and provide practical, trade-based solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard

Essential Skills and Attributes
Experience in cabinet making, joinery, or similar trades is highly regarded, as the precision and spatial skills translate well to stone check measuring and templating.
If you are self-motivated and keen to learn we are keen to teach you. What we desire is:
Kitchen, trade or design experience desired but not essential.
Strong understanding of kitchen layouts and cabinetry
Valid New South Wales drivers licence and WHS Construction Industry Induction Card
Good level of computer knowledge
A team player
Someone who presents well and has good communication skills
