The Role • Support participants with personal care and daily living skills• Assist with medication administration and documentation• Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)• Support community participation and social inclusion• Maintain clear and compliant reportingShifts include days, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers across a 7-day roster.
