About the role
You will direct the APAC sales strategy for Stripe Billing, managing a team focused on capturing the growing demand for automated order-to-cash solutions. This role involves building and coaching a high-performing sales organization while collaborating with product and marketing teams to execute complex, strategic deals across the region.

What you'll do
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives covering Singapore, AUNZ, SE Asia, and Japan.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in partnership with Finance, Product, and Marketing departments.
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the team meets revenue, attach rate, and client acquisition targets.
Lead high-stakes negotiations and build executive-level relationships with key customers.
Provide coaching on consultative sales techniques throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
Analyze campaign performance and operational metrics to refine sales processes and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in technology sales,



including at least 5 years in a people management role.
5+ years of domain expertise in billing, payments, tax, or related SaaS sectors.
Proven track record of leading sales and operations within high-growth, early-stage technology companies.
Demonstrated ability to build, train, and scale high-performance sales teams.
Experience fostering relationships with strategic clients and industry leaders.
Nice to have
Prior experience specifically within Finance, Billing, or Tax software.
Background in growth-stage software or internet companies.
Experience in enterprise-level sales, business development, or partnerships.
