Partnering with teams across the business, you'll provide accurate reporting, insightful analysis and financial expertise that support decision-making and help drive long-term value for our customers and investors.
How you'll make an impact:
Deliver monthly financial reporting, analysis and management packs
for a portfolio of Industrial & Logistics assets, providing the insights that support informed decision-making and drive portfolio performance.
Partner with Property Managers to review financial results and provide accounting advice
, helping translate financial outcomes into actions that enhance asset performance and create long-term value.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and journals
, ensuring financial integrity, strong governance and compliance across the portfolio.
Manage key property accounting processes, including outgoings, acquisitions, developments and divestments
, supporting seamless property transitions and delivering a positive experience for customers and investors.
Contribute to budgeting, process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc analysis
, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making and support the continued growth of Charter Hall's Industrial & Logistics business.
What you'll bring to the team

Degree qualification in accounting. CA/CPA or working towards.
Exposure to reporting and analytic skills with accounting ERP.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office suite of product.
