The Role
Provide person-centred personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation and social support to clients in their own homes
Support clients with shopping, transport to appointments and community participation where required
Work independently while delivering high-quality care and identifying changes in clients' wellbeing
Build meaningful relationships with older people and help them live safely and independently at home
Enjoy adaptable weekday shifts with paid travel time between clients and kilometre reimbursement
About You
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community or equivalent)
Previous experience in aged care, disability support or community care, with confidence working independently
A current Victorian Driver Licence, reliable vehicle and Comprehensive Car Insurance
Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach and a genuine passion for supporting older people
