One Facilities Management is looking for a reliable and experienced Painter / Handyperson to join our growing Melbourne-based team.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving internal and external painting, plaster patching and general maintenance across childcare centres, commercial buildings and residential properties.
Painting and patching will form a significant part of the role, but you'll also complete a range of practical handyman tasks such as repairing door hardware, installing finger guards, assembling furniture and carrying out minor property repairs.

About the Role
Your work will include:
Internal and external painting
Preparing surfaces, sanding, filling and patching
Minor plasterboard repairs
Colour matching and paint touch-ups
Repairing and replacing door handles, locks and general hardware
Installing finger guards and other safety fittings
Assembling furniture and equipment
Hanging shelves, hooks, pictures and fixtures
Minor carpentry and general property repairs
Identifying additional maintenance issues while onsite
