We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about partnering with leaders to shape high-performing teams and deliver exceptional people outcomes. In this role,you'llprovide both strategic and operational HRexpertiseacross employee relations, workforce planning, performancemanagementand organisational capability initiatives.

High level knowledge of workplace legislation, policies,practicesand strategies
Strong proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters
Experience in implementing organisation development programs such as organisation change and culture reform
Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems
About the NSW Reconstruction Authority
The NSW Reconstruction Authority is a statutory corporation and executive agency of the Premier's Department, that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities,businessesand government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies,communitiesand other stakeholders.
