This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with strong industrial maintenance experience looking for consistent night shift work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About Your New Role / Key Responsibilities:
Pay rate of
$76 per hour
ordinary time
OT pay rate after first 36 hours
Rotating 7 day on/off roster
Day shift roster:
6:00am - 6:00pm
Provide electrical support to insulation production operations
Troubleshoot machinery and operational issues
Support production teams during operational breakdowns
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams
Work effectively within a small maintenance team
Ability to work independently when required
Perform maintenance, fault finding and repair work on industrial equipment and machinery
Qualifications and Experience:




Current Australian Electrical Licence
Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with production machinery and plant equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Commitment to workplace safety
