Saving Earth is seeking an experienced, reliable Residential Air Conditioning Installer to join our growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing residential split systems and ducted air conditioning units. You will work directly with householders to deliver clean, productive, and high-quality thermal comfort solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out end-to-end installation of split system and ducted air conditioning units in residential properties across Sydney.
Perform system testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal energy efficiency and operation.
Ensure all installations comply with Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for completed installs.
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and respectful work area on every job site.
Skills & Experience Required
Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or relevant trade qualification).
Current NSW Electrical Licence / Disconnect Reconnect Licence (preferred).
Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Proven experience in residential air conditioning installations.
Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
