About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are assembled, packed, and checked to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and effective production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate across various machines and production lines as required
Assemble cardboard cartons and inserts on the production line
Pack finished products accurately into cartons
Perform basic quality checks, including label verification
Remove unfilled or non-conforming products from the production line
Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
What We're Looking For
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is highly regarded




Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving products during the shift
Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
Ability to undertake repetitive tasks, including bending, reaching, and manual handling activities
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
