We are seeking a genuinely people-focused Manager to lead a portfolio of Community Aged Care services, including Support at Home, CHSP and day programs across Hunter Central Coast and Taree.
This is a broad senior leadership role with responsibility for service delivery, workforce leadership, compliance, budgets and continuous improvement. You will also help identify opportunities for growth and ensure the organisation is well positioned to respond to ongoing aged care reforms.
You will lead through Community Leads and Center Coordinators, creating a culture where people are supported, held accountable and encouraged to deliver consistently high-quality care.
Applications from experienced interstate candidates are welcomed, with relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the day-to-day operations of community aged care and day program services across multiple locations
Ensuring services meet the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant legislative, contractual and funding requirements
Overseeing Support at Home and CHSP performance, reporting and service delivery
Coaching and developing leaders while building an engaged, high-performing team
Monitoring budgets, service outcomes, risk and operational performance

Maintaining strong governance, policies, procedures and compliance systems
Identifying service improvements, funding opportunities and areas for sustainable growth
Working closely with internal leaders, regulatory bodies, health professionals and other service providers
Ensuring clients and their families receive responsive, respectful and person-centred support
Leading complaint resolution, quality improvement and risk-management activities
You will be a confident and approachable leader
with strong operational experience across aged care, home care or health services.
To be considered, you will need:
Robust knowledge of Support at Home and CHSP funding
Experience leading a large team across multiple locations
Experience in client assessment, care planning and documentation
A strong understanding of aged care quality, compliance and governance
Proven problem-solving, mediation and stakeholder-management skills
The ability to lead change while maintaining team engagement and service quality
A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
Australian working rights and the ability to meet the required screening and compliance checks
Tertiary qualifications in Nursing would be well regarded
This role would suit an experienced community aged care leader who enjoys improving services, developing people and making sure clients receive the quality of support they deserve.
