What this role is all about
We are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you'll gain hands‐on experience across a wide range of HV/LV electrical infrastructure projects associated with medium to large precincts, while developing both your technical capability and consulting skills.

How you'll contribute day‐to‐day
Assist in the design of precinct and utility electrical infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‐quality engineering outcomes
Undertake site inspections and attend project meetings alongside experienced engineers
Prepare and contribute to technical documentation, reports, and design deliverables
Build your consulting capability, working towards independently delivering elements of projects
Engage in Lucid's mentoring and training programs to accelerate your development
What sets you up for success
Has 1–2 years' experience in Electrical Engineering, ideally across HV or LV distribution design
Holds an Australian-recognised Electrical Engineering degree
Brings strong problem‐solving skills and a genuine willingness to learn




Communicates clearly, both written and verbally
Is interested in developing skills across design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
Has exposure to or interest in electrical design software such as PowerCAD, AGi32, Neara or Poles n Wires
Demonstrates attention to detail, organisation, and a commitment to professional growth
Holds Australian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred)
