You will need to have at least 3 years experience in painting and coatings, be able to pass pre employment and random drug tests, have a drivers licence and a strong team work ethic.
Great hourly and penalty rates dependant on experience.
This role will include
Setting up and protecting work areas and surfaces with drop sheets and by taping protective plastic
Preparing surfaces by sanding and or grinding to ensure readiness to accept coating
Preparing paint by drill mixing and mixing additives
Make positive of work areas by cleaning and disposing of materials as per company environmental policy
Surface Preparation and sealing
May involve some hardware installation
Skills Required
Minimum 3 years painting experience
Full Drivers Licence
General Induction White Card
Ability to work in a team and individually
Ability to take constructive criticism to learn and develop
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read plans and other scope of works
Must be willing to work flexible hours, rostered weekends and travel where required.
