Our client is seeking a motivated and highly organised
Client Services Manager
to join our growing Financial Planning team.
About the role:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a team of Financial Advisers and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional service experience.
You will oversee the client service process from end to end, mentor junior team members, and help drive efficiency across our advice operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Workflow Co-ordination - Manage end to end the Implementation of Advice
Implement Statements of Advice accurately and efficiently
Liaise with product providers and follow up on applications, transfers, and rollovers
Maintain accurate client records in XPLAN, ensuring compliance obligations are met
Support advisers with client relationships , and preparation of relevant advice documentation ;
Assist with workflow management and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
About you:
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Client Service/Client Relationship role within Financial Planning
Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, platforms and industry compliance requirements
Proficiency in XPLAN (essential)
High attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
Professional communication skills with the ability to build strong client and adviser relationships
Team player who can also take initiative and work independently

Salary Range $85 - $100 k plus super based on your experience
