HR / Team Performance Manager - Sales / Retail (Remote *****hrs)

We are looking for a
hands-on Performance Manager
to lead and motivate a national remote sales team.
This is a
practical leadership position
focused on improving team performance through coaching, data insights and clear accountability.
You will ensure the team is
in the right place, doing the right activities, at the right time
— maximising sales performance every day.
This is a remote role with flexibility to work around school hours.
***** hours per week across 5 days.
HR and People Management Experience is required.
Sales / Retail experience would be beneficial.
About the role
You will manage the daily performance of a national sales team by:
Coaching and directing team members to deliver their
best performance each day
Using
data, reporting and CRM insights
to identify opportunities to improve results
Ensuring strong focus on
activity, KPIs and performance metrics
Monitoring sales activity and implementing
structured performance management processes
Addressing performance gaps quickly through
coaching and explicit direction
Keeping the team
focused, motivated and accountable for results
Analysing customer engagement data to identify improvements
Communicating performance insights to internal stakeholders and Client stakeholders
This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you will review activity daily, guide individuals and take action quickly when performance improvements are required.
About you
You are an organised and motivated people manager who enjoys improving team performance.
Ideally you will have:
3+ years experience managing or supervising people
A background in
HR, Psychology or people leadership
Experience working in
sales, retail, operations or performance-driven environments
Strong ability to
analyse data and use insights to guide team performance
Experience
coaching individuals to improve results
Confidence managing
KPIs, activity metrics and reporting
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using
CRM systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools
A practical,
roll-up-your-sleeves approach to leadership
You enjoy working in an environment where
performance is measured and improvement is continuous
